Market, American

The Village Flea Market is the largest Flea market in all of Kansas. The market sells a wide range of wares, like the typical knick-knacks, home decor, clothing, etc. The market also sells some rare items, like sports memorabilia, action figures, and NASCAR fan items. Village Flea Market is open Friday through Sunday, but the best time to go is early on a weekend day, to avoid crowds.

Paramount Antique Mall

Paramount Antique Mall has a few locations — the main one featured here, a smaller location in East Wichita, and a seasonal outdoor market. Paramount is one of the largest antique malls in Kansas. The mall is open seven days a week, so you can rifle through the historic artifacts and kitsch items from decades past anytime.

The Fresh Market

The Fresh Market is a grocery line that is healing focused on the community. The Fresh Market sells local produce, meat, dairy, and prepared food at their stores. Cox Farm Wichita

Cox Farm is a small rustic outpost selling Jams, Jellies, Honey, Seasoning, and Candes. The folks at Cox Farm have quite the sense of humor — their seasoning are named different variants of ‘good shit, hot shit, and bad shit.’ Incidentally, none of it is ‘shit’ — it’s all good! Also, Cox Farm has converted part of it’s land into a laser tag arena called LaserTown, if you’re interested in a quick game after shopping for honey.

Old Town Farmer's Market

Old Town Farmer’s Market isn’t just a place to pick up locally grown fresh produce, but also a place to enjoy Wichita’s vibrant and friendly community. The market is only open during warm weather months, but while it is, you should absolutely go. Food stalls and live music populate the market which is located in the middle of Downtown Wichita, amidst fine restaurants, cafes, and bars.
